This varies and is oftentimes dependent on the airline, but our recruitment personnel will keep you informed of the progress of your application. Once your documentations have been assessed and the requisite approvals received we will assist in the interview/screening process.

The interview process varies dependent of each airline.  However, the general principle is consistent in that post the announcement of a vacancy, applicant submit the required documentation which is assessed for veracity based on pre-screening.  Successful candidates in the pre-screening will be invited to a formal interview.  This usually consists of airman knowledge testing, a personal interview, and a simulator evaluation.  Once the candidate successfully completes this portion of the interview they are sent for a medical screening.

The duration of training varies with each airline. In some case the duration can be anywhere between four to eight months.
