Baymac provides customised management consultancy services to companies and individuals within the Aviation Industry. One genre of focus are pilots, cabin crew and aircraft engineers living outside their home country. Since inception, the high demand for these services in other aviation areas has created the need to extend its membership to include aviation management staff and their families. Baymac has entered into a partnership with Clements Worldwide of Washington D.C., for the provision of a wide range of insurance services to its members.
Baymac assists with business start-ups providing advice and support with company incorporation requirements; staff recruitment and management personnel; establishing required departments within companies, including but not limited to administration, human resources, compliance and KYC procedures; sales and marketing and has assisted in the training of staff in certain fields. Baymac also engages the services of professionals on behalf of clients where necessary.
