GlobalOne’s team has been instrumental in the rationalisation of Flight Operations Departments and have been instrumental in reducing the ratio of instructors to pilots. This concurrently streamlines the structure as it relates to the Standards, Training, and Pilot Administration Departments, and how they interface with each other. A pilot recruitment matrix was developed for new hires to ensure the best departmental/pilot fit. Principals within GlobalOne have the in-house competence to allow for recruitment of experienced expatriate pilots to meet the needs of our partners.
